On this page you will find the guidelines for the Weber County Realtors home tour.  You can contact us with any questions, approved and please check these rules before you submit a home for tour as these rules are subject to change and evolve over time.

GUIDE LINES FOR THE WEBER COUNTY REALTOR TOUR

1. One home per attending licensed agent. You can put more on ONLY if you bring an agent for each listing. Only listings submitted on this site by noon on Tuesday the day before tour will be on home tour, approved we do not accept fax or email submissions.  You can check on recently submitted homes under the Current Tour tab at the top of the website and a final list will be posted by 3PM the day before the tour.

2. 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month (unless that day falls on that day).

3. There will be a max of 10 homes & 2 backups for each tour, visit web  there will no longer be a minimum amount of homes required.

4. Meet at the Cornerstone Real Estate (920 Chambers Street, Suite 14, South Ogden) at 8:00am, please be ON-TIME with enough business cards for each home..

5. Each attending Realtor that has a home on the tour is required to stay with the caravan and attend ALL homes on the tour and give feedback on each.

6. Each attending Realtor receives only 1 warning for breaking these rules. The 2nd offense will require a 6 month probation – PLEASE don’t make tour director enforce this, because he doesn’t want to.
